                                                                       30 AUGUST - 05 SEPTEMBER 2026

SUN  30   Arrive into Nairobi, Kenya where you’ll be met on arrival & transferred to our hotel. Ward off any jetlag with a swim in the pool before meeting  other delegates at our welcome dinner D

MON 31   This morning we travel to the airport for our short flight into the Maasai Mara National Reserve. On arrival, board 4x4 vehicles & transfer to our luxury tented safari camp for check in. Keep an eye out for animals as they can often be seen within the camp! Choose from a variety of food at lunch before we visit a local Health Centre & have your camera ready for your first afternoon game drive, you never know what you might see! BLD

  

 

SEPTEMBER

TUE  01   It's an early start today with a morning game drive then breakfast followed by conference sessions with lunch. This afternoon witness the Maasai way of life in their cultural village, known as a Manyatta - a traditional Samburu settlement made up of small huts within a fenced compound. There'll be a lecture, you'll learn about village life & witness a traditional Maasai dance. Before returning to camp, there's time for a game drive BLD

  

 

WED 02  An exciting day awaits as we're off on a full day safari hoping to witness the annual Great Migration of over one million wildebeest crossing the Mara River. Lots of time to see different kinds of animals from hippos in the river to wildebeest & zebra moving in packs, baboons, hyenas, giraffe, elephants, vultures & fingers crossed, lions & cheetahs. Arrive back at camp with time to freshen up for dinner BLD

   

 

THU  03  Today will be conference sessions with lunch but there's still time for a late afternoon game drive, followed by a special dinner BLD

  

 

FRI  04  There's the option to do an early morning hot air balloon safari before we fly back to Nairobi in time for lunch. Your afternoon consists of a visit to the former African home of Danish author Karen Blixen, famous for her 1937 book 'Out of Africa' which chronicles life spent at the estate. There'll also be a visit to the Giraffe Centre to get up close to these beautiful animals for hand feeding. Tonight enjoy our gala dinner BLD

   

 

SAT  05  You'll be transferred to Nairobi airport for your flight home OR join us on our post tour to the beautiful island of Zanzibar B
